That time of year
Was shocked to see the green fees as low as they were especially for the first sub 90 degree Saturday in months. Got to the course and realized why - they had scalped the entire front 9 fairways and the greens were in tough shape. The leftover cut grass was left in the fairways making it difficult to find/hit your ball in the fairway. The course is normally in better condition. Worth calling ahead to see if there is a morning tournament because it delayed everyone’s tee times 30-45mins. Not sure if the bag guy was new but we pulled up to return the cart and he just sat there on his phone...
