The Palmer course was a treat to play. It was a challenging but also a fair course. Greens were in great shape and the ball ran true. Other than a few very wet areas due to the prior rain fall, the course was in very good condition. I would recommend playing the Palmer Course to anyone.

This course has fairly narrow fair ways which are not very forgiving. Add that to the already elevated and fast greens, this makes this course very interesting. The major down side to the round was the speed of play. Even though you were instructed at the start to play ready golf to keep the pace flowing, this did not happen. Never saw a marshall out at all. If there was one, the speed of play may have been increase with less waiting time.

Overall the course was in good shape. Bunkers were challenging at times and the greens held the approach shots. It was a pleasure to play.

The only issue of the course were the greens. The front nine greens looked like the grass was dead. The back nine were aerated and topped dressed. This made it very difficult to putt and for higher handicappers, all most impossible.

The course is well kept. All areas of grass maintained and greens in better than average shape. Course was a treat to play as there were different levels of playing challenges throughout the course.

Right from parking the vehicle, the day begins with a friendly hello and a cart delivered to you for your clubs. The starter has words of encouragement and a quick explaination of what rules are to be maintained on the course. The course is well kepted as well as the unbunkers. The course has a good variety of holes which span from easy holes to challenging holes. Overall, the course was a treat to play and I would recommend the course to others.

Course was easy to navigate. Some challenging holes and some easy holes. Over all a good course which was in good shape.
