Thank you for playing Manor Golf and I am sorry to hear your experience as it related to your voucher did not meet your expectations. We are a very value oriented golf course and offer many vouchers for donations to tournaments, group golfers, etc. I am curious if there was any sort of issue with your voucher? Was it expired? Did it require a cart fee you as stated on the voucher and you were not aware? We accept vouchers every day so I am perplexed as why our staff would be rude about it, but want to make sure it was handle appropriately.
