This is an average golf course for the area. I had never played it and there was a great price so......
It is flat. Houses surround every hole. Greens were 7.5 or so. Condition was good+. Good for the money but probably won't go out of my way to play it again.

We happened to have some work to do in Coolidge so we thought we would play in the afternoon at Robson Ranch. The greens are in great shape and a nice speed. Fairways green and ruff is dormant providing a nice contrast. There are however significant amount of weeds growing in the dormant grass in places. The worst thing was the pace of play. We waited on every shot on every hole the entire day. We left the course after 4.5 hrs with 4 holes left to play cause we could do it any more. We saw a marshal once on the front side. There is no beverage cart and the snack shop was closed at 3 o'clock. It was a great deal at $35 but to many negatives to go there again. It might be great if you live in that community but not worth a drive to get there.

It is a typical course that runs through a community. Greens were firm and fast and this is the true test of this golf course. The sand is sparse in all of the traps. I had never played it and played with a couple that are members there. They had a higher opinion of the course than I did. I think it is similar to like Lone tree or Legacy

Sand needs attention. Greens were fast and true. I think overall quality wasn't much better than papago. Green fee of $20 is why I went to play it. That is a good value. Would only play it again at that price.

Good variety, condition were great.. Got no complaints.
