About

After years of playing anywhere from several times a year to not at all I'm finally playing at least once a week. Even playing once a week I have discovered just how hard this game really is. The best part is I'm making more shots and on occasion actually looking like I know what I'm doing. The best part of golf is the need to always make yourself better.

Good confidence builder

I play this course a few times a year. Relatively short compared to most courses in the area. But it is a First Tee complex that is designed to promote golf for the youth. Great practice area, and the course is challenging enough. If you're a long hitter it's still fun to play. Great for working on your short game and approach shots.

Better than experted

I haven't played this course in years because in my opinion it's over priced for what it offers. Through GolfNow the price was great and the course was in pretty good shape. Greens are not perfect, but tee boxes and fairways were in good shape.

Great Place to Get a Round In

Played this course on Monday 4/8/13 fairways are in good shape. Greens still have sand from recent aerating but didn't seem to effect putting. Course has been worked on over the winter and the efforts are starting to payoff. Not a hard course but there are challenges along the way. Great value on GolfNow.

Old Course with lots of character

Played this course after heavy rain the day before so that sways my rating of only 3 stars. Greens in good shape, staff and patrons very friendly. Enjoyable round, traps around green keep you on your toes.
I will play this course again.

Fairway Coming In

Fairways are coming in well. Greens still a little sandy but rolled pretty well. Rained the night before and into the morning so traps were wet but that could be expected. Always enjoy this course.
This is not a pristine course but I would say it's above average and always a good place to play.
