Golf in the Puget Sound, in its truest formation, can be defined by a round of golf at Port Ludlow Golf Course. Everything you could want in an original Pacific Northwest design can be found here, with character that can rarely be found anywhere else on the West Coast. Narrow forested routing, moderate topography changes that are managed with ease, and large putting surfaces with numerous hole locations that can change the way each hole is played. Course designer, Robert Muir Graves, spent over half his career in this part of the country, bringing us Black Butte Ranch, Canterwood, and Meadow Springs among so many others. As one of his earliest attempts at golf course construction, he carved out a fair, yet thought-provoking layout that plays the same as it did the day it was finished in 1975.
