Nice lay out - wet conditions so cart path only. Greens were moderately fast.

We played at noon after a lot of rain. Course drained well and we played in under 4 hrs. Greens were in good shape-we find the amenities at Port Royal first class and recommend a round there.

For the time of year this course was in pretty good condition. Some bunkers were being re-done. Will play this one again.

The golf course was very wet - I was surprised that they let us out. Farmstead is very well maintained and a real challenge for those of us that are not long hitters and on this day would have loved a little roll. I would like to play this one again under drier conditions as it should be a fair challenge. Love the par 6 finishing hole - long - long - long

Good set up with great practice facility free range balls and large practice green. Course was in fair shape for this time of the year and in spite of it being busy the starter kept things moving

Played on grass - fairways and greens were over seeded so nice to play on instead of the dyed blue colour fairways and greens. Starter was amazing great directions, friendly and got us out a little early. Overall a very pleasant day.

Well maintained golf course. It was cart path only due to heavy rain a few days before and so the tees and some greens were quite soggy. Tee to green it played relatively easy and the greens were fast and consistent. My wife found the course female friendly with out to many forced carries. Starter was very informative and knowledgeable about the course (he has worked there for 10 years). Enjoyed this course and will be back to play it during a dry spell.

This course is interesting to play and can be a real challenge. The layout is good, the fairways were in good condition for this time of year, the greens were fast and in pretty good shape considering we had a wack of rain the day before. The condition could be a little better as the cart paths were in bad shape and rough to travel - I'm sure they will be looked at in the near future. Will play it again when conditions are dryer.
