Canyon Mesa Country Club
Played On 12/23/2020Just too short
We don’t mind executive courses once in a while but this one was just too short and it was very very cold the day we played and the December leaves were blowing everywhere nearby gobbling up balls that were thought to be in obvious locations.. I think this will be fun as a teaching course or for people who can’t hit 100 yards very well anymore.

The Links Golf Club At Queen Creek
Played On 04/23/2019Great Course in San Tan Valley
We just moved to the ST Valley and have been trying a few rounds of golf here and there. This was our best time on the golf course so far. Great course. Not to long or difficult but still plenty challenging. We rode, but you could walk on a cool day. Great rates - and very well stocked pro shop.
Tahoe Paradise Golf Course
Played On 10/01/2018Short But Challenging Course - Walkable
We had fun with this challenging executive par 3/4 course. We walked with our Sunday bags, but with a full set I would have taken a cart. Greens were challenging - I played off the White tees with my husband .. lost a few balls and cussed a little! Would probably not return just because I prefer a full course.
Lake Tahoe Golf Course
Played On 09/21/2018Last Day of Summer .. Started too Late
We got a reservation through GolfNow for 2:44 pm but arrived to find out there were no carts available. We went to the snack bar and bought a polish dog for $5.99 that was pretty mediocre. After that we loaded our Sunday bags into the cart and got paired up with another twosome. We tee’d off the Silver Tees as husband and wife who have rather high handicaps .. the other twosome played back on the black tees. The course is entirely flat and mostly wide but with a lot of trees, wetlands and protected areas. We thought it was an ok course, but after the turn we got really bunched up and since our game wasn’t up to par and the wait was too long as well as the September afternoon shadows we decided to quit at 13. Would try this course again .. on a discounted tee time but earlier in the day.
Prairie Falls Golf Club
Played On 09/23/2014Greens in bad shape
I have played 9 holes here a few times, but never 18. The tees were in good shape, but the fairways needed mowing - (there was personnel out there mowing around us on high speed on many holes). The greens were recently aerated and all have bumps and undulations causing difficult and inaccurate putting.
Like the staff and relaxed atmosphere here but wish the course was in better shape.
Twin Lakes Village Golf Course
Played On 06/21/2014Beautiful course among residential homes
Most of the course has straight fairways except a few dog legs. Nothing extremely challenging (that being said from someone with a 40 handicap!)
Back 9 a little noisy with the highway. No goose droppings on the course to be seen! Loved the trout pond on 16. Only complaint was calling in for food on the 9th and arriving to find out the order was forgotten, but she made up for it with 2 free beers. We would have finished in just under 4 hrs otherwise.
