Great course in the last of Golf Course row heading east on 98. Great layout. Staff was quite friendly. Aerified fairways and greens were noted before play and were the only problem we saw. Very well kept and of course required maintenance has to be done. A play, if you're in the area, is recommended.

Rain has kept fairways from premium manicuring and greens verticut or would be five stars easily. Absolutely love it and would like to see 150 yard confidence markers added. There are 100 in plain sight. Will return again and again!

The layout is fun. Course conditions were lacking due to drought and upkeep. I'm sure it is improving and yes we'll play again. Probably a fall and spring course as weather on the hilly terrain affects upkeep...... Go play and carry lots of water as it's hot and dry out there!

Aerified course this week. Always maintained and beautiful course. Demand accuracy and lots of slope and hidden troubles. Playing for the second time, not nearly as timid to challenge, yet it does lack yardages along the course.

For playing the first time, I was impressed. I will definitely return when near as I see the improvement that are posted on their website. Windy and hot while playing but moderate difficulty. Greens were good for the conditions.... healing from being punched a bit back. Worth a play! Need 150 yard confidence markers.... always a plus....

Don't expect much but quite fun when course conditions are cut and dry. Drainage doesn't come easy. Fun but greens are pitted currently.

The greens were spotty in places. Fivesomes are allowed here and it really slows the pace of play. Very little shade and slower play came back to my memory as to why I let my membership go. Overall, still a fun course and wind is the great equalizer here. Worth a play but expect it to be a long day.......

Rainfall has been lacking a while. The course is fairly green and this weekend should finally take care of this well maintained course. We played the Vista/Dunes and this was a first play here. There are plenty of tees for all levels. The course could use 150 Yard markers (Poles) as they do provide confidence to hidden areas. Overall, most holes are straightforward and visible from tees. The course is well marked on sprinkler heads and plates. Greens were smooth and undulating. Love the place and if fairly close, go play! Right at 49 mile drive for us so once a month on the calendar here as we have many around here to play without driving Hwy 98 as much. Staff was very friendly and accommodating when asked of anything.

I have played here before. Similar to most southern Bermuda courses built back in the day. Smaller greens but usually shorter shots into greens. It has been maintained fairly well in play areas so I like going back in time. 1st hole is temporary green but after it all is good. It can be backed up with usual crowds for the area playing. Local members have been good at letting faster player's go through. Worth a round if you don't expect resort golf!

First time playing and won't be the last! Wonderful track with shot makers fun. Large well manicured greens and lovely views all around await you. 75 miles each way for me will make it a special visit but one worth taking. Nikki great drinks for our round. No food but what they did serve smelled great as well.

The layout is fairly good. The staff I had contact with extremely friendly. Course was in need of some goats to put it politely. Big and I suppose too much for their crew to keep up. Granted rain and other circumstances may have let grow out of hand. Greens were actually fine and rolled fair for the most part. We had fun as I grew up playing a course very similar. You still have to golf your ball. The layout could be better marked though. I believe the early spring and fall would be when course would be in it's best shape. That's when you can see a course like this at it's best. Cost's keep these old courses in these type of situations so if you're not looking for too much and a fun place with a country atmosphere give it try when in maintained periods.

Old course and accuracy is a plus! I've played the Eagle and find it easier. The Falcon is fun and now that some local knowledge ie.... Greens and their undulations and overall small size, will allow for better club selections. Bermuda grass greens are much slower to pace. It is worth a couple of rolls to find the right
speed. I would recommend both courses to most anyone who likes hilly conditions and great views!!!!

This was our first time playing the course so no local knowledge made for a few surprises. Stonebrook is a well maintained course and is worth a play. I am told it can be slow on weekends or earlier tee times during the week. Mid morning was just right for us as a twosome. Tee it up and enjoy.The staff were very professional and even the little bar/snack area suited our needs. I will return to play more often now that I have gained some direction and local know how.

I did see some changes and upgrades since the sale from Meadowbrook. Greens and fairways Bermuda with patches of baldness. A feel of a muni with "old" members and their pace. Worth a play but best during the week.

First time playing and what a gem! The course is tight for most tee shots. Finding land is all that is required. Most greens are large but quite undulating. I absolutely love it and will put it down as one of the best in the area! Great staff and excellent work on the course!

It's worth the play. Greens were full but on the slow side..... hard to believe that. six temp greens in place as today... work is going to pay off.... go play and enjoy a fine round on a great course

It is what it is...muni....and can be fun.... not fast.... close fairways....of course loose golf swings can hit you.....fun though
Played one other time in Jan 2013......weekend and nearly five hours....

Good challenge and old style Bermuda greens. Excellent value and worth the drive from Midway area.
