Miami Springs Golf & Country Club
Played On 10/21/2018A comfortable old friend
Miami Springs has always been one of my favorite local courses. You have to work had to lose balls here.
Nice dog legs and long par 3s.
I was happy to see the fairways in good condition and the greens rolled very well.
The 19th hole was relocated to a larger area too.
The Premier Card helps lower the cost, but would still be worth paying $40.
Miami Springs Golf & Country Club
Played On 10/28/2012The course won't beat you up.
This is one of Miami's oldest courses, one played by legends of the game, such as Sarazen and Snead. With water coming into play on only three holes, you shouldn't lose too many balls.
There is a driving range with real grass to hit off of, a practice bunker, and a nice 19th hole. On the course, the fairways are cut a little too thin, but the rough is not too thick. The greens are average, but you'll still get a good roll. This is a course that you will feel comfortable on, with out intimidating you. No condos lining the fairways here. I always feel that I get my money's worth at this course.
