This was the 1st I've played this course. We played as a foursome. The course and greens were in great shape. We played from the gold tees which made this demanding course very challenging long. We walked the course which was flat but long. The course was in a great setting with houses lining the course but really not on the course. Never felt like any wayward shot would hit a house. Fair amount of water, bunker, tree and environmental hazards to keep you on your toes. Demands positioning shots and some length to reach the greens. I will definitely be adding this course to ones I play more often.

Play as a 4some from the back tees. The course was in great shape and the weather was very nice. 3 of us walked the course a one had a cart. The course was full but moved along very well. Great elevations throughout the course with trees all over. The course demands some pretty straight shots on most holes. Putting was pretty tricky with breaks and greens although sanded were fast. Pleasant day on a scenic course. Will play again.

the course had a tax day special so it was the most crowded that I've ever seen it. Play as a threesome in back of many groups. To my surprise the pace of play was really good. The course was in great shape and the greens were in pretty good shape. The wind made the course somewhat difficult as it usually does. Overall for how crowded the course was had an excellent time. This is one of my favorite course in the area.

played the course on a Friday as a 4some from the black tees. The weather was off and on rain till the late afternoon. The pace of play was very slow. A 5 hour round for such a short course was horrible. The course was full of rude golfers with no golf educate. Slow play with no concern for those behind them. Slow off the tees, slow in the fairways and even slower on the greens. Should have known since when I was checking in another golfer was in the shop complaining about the slow rude players. The fairways and greens were in very good shape. For the high prices they charge definitely not worth the price.

Played the mountain/lakes course at 8:10 am. It was pretty chilly when we first teed off but warmed up after 5 holes. The course was in great shape with fast true greens that demanded better than average putting skills. Found the course challenging from the red tees (Cinnabar tees) which demanded straight shots with smart club selection being crucial. Although a 2 hour drive for me it was well worth the trip. It was the 4th time I played it over a 1 and a half year period I would play it again. A real gem in a great setting.

Hiddenbrook is usually a great challenging course with great greens. It was a very windy day. The fairways were in great shape but almost all the tee boxes from the blue tees needed some major attention. Very little grass and needed to be flatter. Rarely were there any ball wasters. The greens were in terrible shape. Everyone was bumpy throwing the ball all over the place. They need to be rolled which would fix the problem. Hole 18 was the worse green of all.

The course was in good condition. very crowded so pace of play was pretty slow. the greens were fast and fairways were in good shape. most fairways are tree lined which demand straight accurate shoots. the practice green however were much slower than the course greens. disappointing because the practice green and course greens should be similar in speed which they were not. very walkable course with holes close to each other and pretty flat.

hadn't played at the course in about 10 plus years. Played it several times before but only remembered a couple of holes. Played Chardonnay and Zinfandel. Both sides in great shape fairways and greens. Sand traps were the best I've played from in a long time. They actually had sand. I would not recommend this course for beginners considering the tight fairways and fast greens. The weather was in the 70's. I like to walk but given the distance between holes and the terrain it would be tough. I'm retired so I'm adding it to my rotation of courses.

not a course for the beginner. walked the course which was not that difficult. played the ORO tees. 1st time at the course. hole to directions somewhat challenging. could add more directional arrows between holes. also they could either add some drawings to the score card or even better on the hole signs what the hole looks like so you know where to hit your ball. overall great course. no price break for walkers which is very disappointing. would add it to my list of regular playing courses if it were more reasonable in price given it's location. nice course but in my opinion over priced.

not a course for the beginner. great fairways and fast greens. rewards good shots and punishes you for wayward shots.

very crowded the day we played with a group of bad golfers playing from the black tees in front of us. we were able to play in front of them on the 6th hole which allowed us to finish the round. it seemed like the course let many groups out in between tee times which backed up the whole course with no marshal to keep the groups on pace

one of the best golf courses in the valley always in great shape and really good staff people.

friends and I played this course which was in great condition. Fairways beautiful and greens were in great shape. One of my favorite courses to play.

the course was in great shape with fast greens. a little weird seeing oil rigs on the course. not a walkable course. helpful staff. a bit pricey if your not a member.

very bad experience with playing experience and the attitude of the marshal I nor my friends won't be returning to this course again. I will be sharing this with my other golf buddies
