nice little course, a couple of challenging holes, in decent shape, excellent walking course

overbooked, in a single word ... overbooked, overbooked, overbooked ... they swore that they hadn't, but there were at least 40 people in front of us at our tee time ... overbooked ... the course, itself, is pretty decent, and the flow on the course was fine, considering that it was overbooked ... did I mention overbooked ?

course plays ~ 6,700 yards from whites, there's a 700+ yard par 6, a 225 yard par 3, bunkers everywhere, some water, seriously guarded greens ... it's enough to make a hacker weep ... super experience

bought an 18 hole ticket, but arrived to find two of three 9-hold segments closed, so was told to play the one open segment twice ... however, as finishing the 9th hole, several hundred junior golfers invaded the territory for a junior high school tournament, so effectively occupied the course ... we did receive "rain checks" for the remaining 9 holes, but only after I'd more or less demanded a refund ... all in all, a pxxx poor experience ... when it ain't worth the $6 ticket price, it ain't worth doing

course was difficult to find, used temporary gate some 2+ miles from GPS gate; staff only marginally friendly; course itself was "okay" with wide open fairways, some water hazards, but greens were in only "fair" condition; a couple of really tough holes (400+ yard par 4s from whites), but manageable ... value at a deep discount, but I wouldn't pay their regular rate

It's almost impossible to believe that a round of golf is not worth the $9 that you paid to play the course, but Turtle Creek wasn't ... it was a "mess" ... ragged fairways, temporary greens that were simply "cutouts" in what had been the fairway, not even mowed daily ... the upside was that it was a marvelous day in East Florida

a nice course,built into an enclave of older, middle-class homes, in good condition (greens had been aerated a few days prior, so those were still a mess) ... most holes were wide-open from the tee, with few if any water hazards ... a good value for the money

an excellent, more challenging than normal executive course, in absolutely superb condition, even though the greens had been recently aerated ... nestled into a community of condos ... absolutely lovely grounds

Stoneybrook is a major-league golf course, probably the best I've ever played ... the course is long, very challenging (water, water everywhere .. and bunkers, omg, bunkers) in absolutely pristine condition ... there wasn't even a blade of grass out of place ... and aesthetically picture perfect ... playing a course like this at golfnow rates is gooder than free beer

extremely nice mid-priced course in very, very good condition ... fairways were green, as they should be; greens were challenging, as they should be ... only the rain spoiled a perfect day, and it wasn't bad

very nice executive course, well maintained with a couple of "regular" par 4s so you have a chance to iron it out ... played in just 2 1/2 hours, there's no trouble spots

a really nice, top-notch course ... plays long with lots of undulations, water and sand ... course in very good condition ... kinda off the beaten path, but well worth playing

a really nice, short, hilly, with good greens, adventure in the hills of North Central Florida ... it's not Rainbow Springs, but neither is its price tag

magnificent course, buried in hills, beautiful surroundings and it was a marvelous day, all in all, a thoroughly enjoyable experience

the epitome of deferred maintenance, the fairways weren't fair and the greens weren't green ... but the upside is that it was less than 50 cents per hole, so you can't expect much, can you ?

executive course, lots of tight spots, little scenery, not a whole lot of trouble, but fun enough

interesting, it's the only course I've ever played that has retention ponds (fortunately, dry this time of year, but a real water hazard during our summer rainy season) in the center of what would normally be a fairway

one of the few longer (>300 yards) holes had been cut up, so it was a "short-game only" experience ,,, good water in a couple of places

in the midst of a new housing development, golf-course and club buildings very attractive ... definitely upscale to snooty ... course is long, in excellent condition, greens are demonic
