By far there is no better public course within 50 miles of Richmond. Most consistent greens you'll ever want to play.

Williamsburg National Golf Club - Yorktown Course
Played On 12/21/2016The greens are awful
Tee boxes and fairways and layout was great. The problem is the greens. They lost them. some form of wild grass is growing in all of them on both Yorktown and Jamestown courses. You can't putt on these conditions.

Unfortunately, we did lose our greens in 2016 due to a disease, but we expect to get them back for 2017.
