First four holes are quirky layouts. Don’t be too aggressive and get them behind you. After that the hole layout is great! Really enjoyed the course.

The course layout and condition were very good. There are several tees so you can choose the degree of challenge you'd like to play.

Course is friendly and open. Some long holes but not a lot of swamps and water. Good course to play with golfers of different abilities.
Riverwood Golf Club

Very fair but tough course. Requires precise shots and good course management to score well. Lots of tempting shots over hazards. The white tees are 6,000 yards and a slope of 130 so you must be on your toes. Fun for the experienced golfer.

Outstanding layout. Many options from several tees on each hole allow players of different levels to enjoy each hole.
Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club - Grizzly/Kodiak Course

The greens at Bear Trap were as good as any I've played. Very fast and true but not too firm to hold iron shots. It's early in the year but I will play it again soon.
