Royce Brook Golf Club - West Golf Course
Played On 07/12/2018Great Course
I really enjoyed playing this course for the first time. I thought the layout was great and the course was in great shape as well. The only issue i have is the drive since i would play this course much more if it wasn't such a far drive. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to play a course with an open layout.
Beaver Brook Country Club
Played On 07/10/2018Nice course at great value
Was surprised how nice this course was especially for the value. The bunkers looked like they could use sand but besides that course is in good shape
Bunker Hill Golf Course
Played On 05/02/2018Need a start who likes his job.
The guys inside the clubhouse were nice but the starter needs to find a new job since he is definitely not a people person. Being in that profession you think he would be less ignorant.
Skyway Golf Course at Lincoln Park West

Played On 04/29/2018Nice course
Drove 1hr and 20 mins from Philadelphia are and was not let down. Wanted to try a new course and was a nice course.
Cranbury Golf Club
Played On 04/12/2018Short but nice
Course was a littler shorter then most I play but was in nice shape. Would play again.
Heritage Isles Golf and Country Club
Played On 03/26/2018Hidden gem
It’s was a treat to play Heritage Isle. Especially for the rate of the tee time. I was in town from Philadelphia and was very pleased I choose this course. I can’t believe there is another course in the area for the price and condition that this course is in. I would highly recommend this course for anyone who is looking for a challenge and a chance to play a great course.
Westwood Golf Club
Played On 09/13/2017Good local course
Westwood is a nice local course if your looking to play somewhere close that isn't to long or tough. It's a good course for beginners or to work on your irons. Always a nice course to play.
Macoby Run Golf Course
Played On 09/12/2017Nice basic course
Macoby run was in good shape had a few bald spots but in all it was a nice course. Not to tough but will test you on some holes. Layout was good. I felt like the tees could be further back instead of being close to the front of there box on almost every hole. I would recommend this course if you never played there before.
Ron Jaworski's Valleybrook Country Club
Played On 09/04/2017Ok beginners course
Valleybrook is not a very long course. The cart paths are terrible. Especially when you hear your irons hitting your driver all day. The course has a basic layout and is not to tough. A driver is not needed on every hole. It's a good course for beginners to start out on. If your looking for a tough challenge then Valleybrook is not what your looking for.
Wyncote Golf Club
Played On 08/31/2017Simply the Best Public Course Around
I have played most of the public courses within the Delaware Valley Area. With that being said, there are some courses that come Close to Wyncote but in my book Wyncote is my favorite course by far.. I have never found anything wrong with the course. This course is always in perfect shape and has a great staff. I just wished I lived closer because I would play here all the time. I would compare Wyncote to most of the public courses in the area. I just feel bad for any golfer who has not had the chance to experience this golf course. It requires you to be on your game and to use all of the clubs in your bag. Especially if you play from the tips. If you haven't played here or it's been to long make it your next tee time. Trust me this course is the best public course around.
Franklin D. Roosevelt Golf Course
Played On 08/28/2017Still one of the worse course and staff
I haven't played at FDR in over a year so I figured I would check if they actually put any money into the course. There are still greens that are missing areas and roll as slow as greens can. There is no first cut around the greens at all and crab grass is everywhere. It's a shame they don't try to put some money into this course. If it rains you can't play it for a week because the drainage is so bad. The practice area is the nicest part about this place. Make sure you don't have tokens you might of had saved from when they had a ball machine, because they don't honor them. How can you sell something and not honor it a few months later is absurd. I guess when you have a staff as rude as the people there you can see why. This will be the last time I waste money at this place.
Tanglewood Manor Golf Club
Played On 08/25/2017Surprised
I was very surprised at how well kept this course is. I heard from others that it wasn't in great shape but they are 100% incorrect. This course is in great shape and the greens are perfect. It's not the longest course but can be tough with the dog legs and elevation changes. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who has never played it. I will definitely be back great course and great time.
Deerwood Country Club
Played On 08/24/2017Hidden gem
I really was surprised by this course. I never really heard about it especially with it being relatively close to the city. It's not the longest course but it has a lot of forced carries. It is in great shape even after they just aerated the greens. They have back to back par 3's which you don't see to much but you can understand from the layout why there back to back. I really enjoyed my round here and would recommend this course to anyone who hasn't played it yet.
High Bridge Hills Golf Club
Played On 08/23/2017Great links style golf course
I really enjoyed my round at high bridge hills. I am a fan of link style golf courses and this one did not disappoint. Course was in great shape and had a great layout. Would recommend this course to anyone who hasn't played it or if you like links style courses. The only negative is all the divot marks on the greens but that's on golfers who are to lazy to fix there ball marks. I would definitely play this course again if I am up that way.
Cape May National Golf Club
Played On 08/20/2017Never a bad round at Cape May National
This is still one of my favorite courses down the shore. I try to play here a couple time a month during the summer. With all of the traffic this course has during the summer I think they keep it in good shape. It's a shame kids beat up the 15th green a little a night though. One of my favorite course layouts down the shore. Will definitely play a few more rounds before summer is over here.
Harbor Pines Golf Club
Played On 08/19/2017Solid golf course
Never disappointed when I play Harbor Pines. The course is always in great shape. Everyone is always nice especially the guy at the bag drop. Course can be tough if your driver is off though. Only problem the past few times have been the golf carts. The one I had seemed to die at the end of round and called clubhouse and never sent a new one out. With the amount of rounds and cost I think it's time they invest in new golf carts. Also they need more since last time here we were delayed since they didn't have enough carts. Easy fix and a problem most courses wish they had when everything else here is great.
Wyncote Golf Club
Played On 06/25/2017Top public course in the area
I have yet to have a bad time at Wyncote. I know every time we play there we are going to play a course that could be compared to any of the private clubs in the area. This course will test all golfers from any skill level. this course is tough but fair. This is just one of my favorite courses in the area and if I lived closer would be the only one I would play. I would recommend this to anyone who hasn't played it yet or if you have go back since it's always in great shape. Make sure you play the right set of tees though there is no reason to make it any tougher here then it already is. I just can't say enough about this course and how great it is.
White Clay Creek Country Club at Delaware Park
Played On 04/02/2017Horrible pace of play
Usually one of my favorite courses to play but today was some of the worse pace of play I have ever seen here. I asked why there was no ranger and was told still early in the year. I think if anyone is paying to play and can post a handicap then a course should have a ranger driving around. Especially when guys are hitting two balls every tee box and not repairing any diviots or ball marks. Course isn't in bad shape for early April especially after punching the greens. Hopefully they can have a ranger atleast on the weekends from here on out.
Lederach Golf Club
Played On 03/26/2017Always a great round
Always enjoy playing here. One of my top 5 public courses I play in PA. We were the 2nd tee time and finished in 3 hrs. This course has a great layout and can be very challenging from the back two sets of tees. If it wasn't a 50 minutes ride I would play here almost every weekend. If you haven't played this course yet it is a must try.
