Wild Laurel Golf Course
Played On 04/24/2022Disappointed with poor condition of this course.
Years ago this course was in satisfactory shape and fun to play. This time the greens and fairways were poor and the pace of play terrible. Our round was 5 hours 15 minutes.
Will not be back!

Fun course layout with quite a bit of water, but very playable. Greens were good but got a bit bumpy towards evening because of poanna.
Pace of play was not bad consort he time of year we played.

Manakiki Golf Course

Enjoyed playing this Donald Ross layout. Very nice golf course with a fair degree of difficulty. The staff was very friendly and help to make it a very pleasurable round of golf.

The course is fun to play. The front nine is not very exciting bu the back nine is very challenging. All around a good course to play.
Forest Oaks Country Club

The last time I played this course was in a PGA Pro-Am in 1998. I didn't recall a lot of the holes but I heard it was redesigned by Davis Love 111in the early 2000's and they also switched the front and back nines. The greens were fantastic and very undulated. Fairways were good and bunkers could have used a little raking, but it was a fun experience. I would certainly play again when in the Greensboro vicinity.
Ocala Palms Golf Club

A bit difficult to play the first time because there are a number of hidden hazards. Greens are very small but roll pretty good. Not a bad option to play while passing through Ocala.
Royal Oaks Golf Course & Event Center

Course has some challenging holes and some very scenic holes. Would highly recommend.
Island Pointe Golf Club

New Mini Verde greens roll very true. I would have preferred that they were a bit faster. Shots to the green don't hold very well but that will improve as they age.
Hunter's Creek Golf Club

Mystic Dunes Golf Club

The course is fun to play but the extremely undulated greens are unnecessarily difficult for the resort golfer. It's worth playing though, because the staff is very friendly and it's a different golf experience.
