They DOUBLE-BOOK their tee-times

Well, don't expect me to ever go play at this course again. Customer service was under-par...I check-in 20 mins before my tee-time, and I'm told to come back because they have zero carts. I ask the group teeing off what time is their tee time? They say they x:xx, and I'm like...what? I have the the same tee time. I come back "1-minute" before my tee-time and tell the starter about it, he says, "Sorry, the system double-booked..we still don't have a cart for you". So, I check-in and pay without being given a cart and now I'm on the tee. I eventually teed-off without a cart and they brought me just as I was leaving the 1st tee. Pace of play was abysmal with 3 hours each 9 holes for a 6 hour round...what?!!! Greens were spongy and slow, seemed like they over-watered as wet spike marks were all over. Overall, the bunkers and fairways were the best kept areas. Easy course and shot an easy 75, but not worth the mental drain of slow play.

Poor conditions on the front nine--overall 6/10

The front nine is comparable to a municipal golf course with lots of play. All the greens had numerous un-repaired pitch marks and the course does not appear to drain well on the front nine, causing mushy and sloshy lies even on the fairways. On the back nine, things completely changed and it appeared as though I was playing at a country club with beautiful, smooth, and true rolls on the greens. Not worth the rack rate of $90---needs definite attention on the front nine.
