We teed off 30 minutes late on Saturday just before 9:00. 5 hour 10 minute round. Waiting on most teeboxs. This was due to the course booking their tee sheet every 8 minutes. They also allowed some groups to jump on without tee times according to the starter.

Layout is good. I typically score my average here. It has enough holes designed to keep it interesting but also some less creative ones.

Teebox’s and bunkers need attention.

Greens were below average.

Fairways were good.

We saw the cart girl often.

Driving range has been terrible for years. Hard to find good grass, mats needed replacement 5 years ago.

Cart paths need major repair work throughout course.

In recent years this has always been a good value course, that typically has decent course conditions. Not so much today. The pace of play due to poor management was very disappointing. I will look to play other courses in the area before returning to Riverchase for a while.
