Great weather, great price (with reward points via GolfNow), challenging course (for me) equals great day. The staff, as always, was very helpful and courteous. Sand bunkers weren't yet available, which helped my game, but they will be back soon (new sand has been dumped in).
Even though it is an hour from home, I usually play this course two or three times a summer. I highly recommend you give it a try.
Pebble Brook Golf Club - South Course

Great rates (with GolfNow rewards-$17 for two). The course was in great shape, Some waiting at the tee boxes for the next group, but it was a Saturday, mid-day tee time. The weather was brutal--105 heat index--but I can't blame the course for that. However, the snack house at the turn had plenty of "fluids" to get us through. Highly recommend this course especially the North.

Great course. Via GolfNow, our rates of $3/ea made this a great deal. The course condition was great-no bare spots. I hope to return soon and often this summer.

The wind made the course a little more challenging than I would expect it usually is. Some of the holes adjacent to the bay had 35+mph winds--Makes for some interesting trajectories and even more interesting techniques. Regardless, via Golfnow rates, it was well worth the money.

Great day. Got off early, before the morning crowds. Finished 18 in three hours. Unfortunately, I found that the sand bunkers were well maintained. Course is well cared for, staff is friendly, but the rates are little high for this area.

I used to play this course a couple of times a year, but costs increased and the conditions decreased. Played it this June and was pleasantly surprised. The clubhouse renovation looks great and the course was in great shape. For $39 on the weekend, it was worth the trip. Enjoyed it so much, had the family Fourth of July outing there. Only criticism is that some of the tee boxes were kind of lumpy—difficult to find a level spot to hit from. Hope to return a few more times this year.

The pace of play was much better this time than my first visit two days prior. Had to occasionally wait at par-3's, but not for long.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a great time with my son. Course was pretty wet from the days of rain prior to playing--cart path only. The course was in good shape and the only issue was a couple of delays waiting for the group in front of us. I recommend the turkey wrap and a beer.
Pine Island at Pine View Golf Course
Played On 07/17/2014Good course for the money!
Holes 11and 14 are severe dog-legs to the left which were quite challenging both followed by uphill par 3's. Seemed to be a lot of trees in the middle of the fairway, requiring good drives to avoid trouble.
Thanks for coming out, we appreciate it. Leveling some of the tee boxes is our next item on the list of improvements :)
