The front 9 greens are very bad worse I've seen in about a year or so. Many bunkers are just red clay or worse , gravel.
Surprised to hear that they are raising prices.

Fun well-kept course. I'm not sure of the normal rate as I was just in the area working but was a great value at less than $20. I was paired up as a threesome but the threesome in front of us was a little slow that allowed a foursome behind us to have to wait at several holes. Other than that it was a great course overall with nice greens and Fairways

LOST THEIR GREENS - many greens are unplayable. Usually golf now will provide a course alert for aerating so there should be an alert for burnt out greens.
