The layout is tough for never playing. Alot of blind shots and not the necessary bells to signal the group behind you that you're clear. Maybe cut the grass a little shorter and sand greens to help grass grow.

The course was in good condition for being late in the season. The tee boxes were all hard and the fairway as well but around the greens had enough grass to work the ball with a chip. The greens were also hard but it is understandable to be this late in the season. I would play there again but I need to wait until the leaves are gone as they were everywhere and you lose a ball in the fairway. :)
