Disappointing experience. Have played several times in the past and had favorable experiences. On 10/19/18 with a 1:33 PM tee time the course was backed up beyond belief! Players riding carts on fairways, on "cart path only".On the 5th hole there were 7 players playing. On the first five holes there were an average of 3-4 foursomes waiting to tee off. The ranger asked our foursome to play slower and wait until the group in the front were off the green. Unbelievable!!! She indicated that she did not know what the problem was and therefore could not fix it. I left after the 5th hole as it took 2 hours to play 5 holes!

Clearly management needs some consulting intervention to properly manage these type of situations.

I will not return nor recommend this course.!!!

The overall layout is perfect for a high handicap older age player!
The fairways and greens were like concrete. No ranger was to be found.
Clearly caters to a resort guest.

Four (4) holes into the round our foursome encountered seven(7) women golfing together! Called the golf shop to seek intervention to no avail. Finally allowed to play through after two(2) additional holes. At the thirteen hole we encountered a women's college golf team with 3-4 foursomes that were taking up to 15-20 minutes per hole resulting in four(4) foursomes backed up behind them. We expressed our frustration to a "rude and insensitive golf team couch" who ignored our request to speed up play.
After the round the golf pro came out to apologize and the coach of the women's team continued with her rudeness and desire to completely misrepresent the situation. She said that" they paid as much as we did". HIGHLY UNLIKELY!!!
Although we enjoyed the course in the past with no problems, this brings to light the need for more attention being paid to course/scheduling management, especially when there are two(2) 18 hole courses. It is inexcusable to have college golf teams playing to qualify for a tournament on a course, with members and playing guests trying to finish in a timely manner! NOT 5 1/2 -6 HOUR ROUNDS!

Course was in excellent condition and ease of play was moderate. Highly recommend!

I offered to tee off early as the course was wide open. Staff member in Pro Shop indicated at my rate that the tee time would not be changed. He seemed to resent what my rate was....

He should have some customer service training.

Probably would not return.
