Scheduled a tee time to play there at 2:40 after calling and talking to their “tee time” desk, was assured by this man that the course was open despite all the rain we had received. Drove over an hour to find out they were closed. Either the staff their is too dumb to figure out how to let their answering service know they are closed or they just don’t care. Probably a little of both.
Chase, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, however, we truly apologize for any miscommunication regarding your recent round with us. We do our best to make sure situations like this do not occur and can assure you your comments have been shared with our staff for improvements moving forward. We hope we have the chance to have you back for a much better golf experience soon.
Got a call from the owner and took care of it, thanks so much.

Cider Ridge Golf Club
Played On 04/21/2018Amazing
Played this course on Friday and Saturday, the first time around was frustrating but the second time was perfect. Ver challenging layout that definitely rewards knowledge of the course. One of the most beautiful courses I've ever played. Only complaint I had was the GPS on the cart didn't give you yardages. Would play this course every week if I lived in the area, unfortunately that's not the case.

Played On 04/21/2018Staff rushed us to get off the course in sub 4 hour round
Played a round on Saturday morning, our foursome played best ball 2 on 2. Teed off at 8am and finished at 11:45, that's a 3 hour and 45 minute round and the clueless Marshall had the audacity to come up and tell us we were dragging on the 15th hole. Once again we played 18 in 3 hours and 45 minutes. Good thing he told the other two in my foursome because I would have told him to take his clipboard and shove it where the sun doesn't shine. Then, when we finished there were several employees standing by our carts as we unloaded, not offering assistance but they did tell us they had no carts left and were waiting on those. How about you get it together and buy enough carts before you send some goofy old man out to tell us we are dragging in our sub 4 hour round. We had planned on playing another round there that afternoon but went back to Cider Ridge which we had played the day before, great course and staff there. Twin Bridges is only concerned with taking your money and rushing you off the course as quickly as possible.
Chase, thanks for the 5-stars and choosing The Providence Club! We hope to welcome you back for another great round soon. #ProvidenceGC
