Ventura Country Club
Played On 02/02/2020Nice course, slow play
We enjoyed the 9 holes we played but left since at that point it was already 2 and a half hours.There was a single inmfront of us and thrn groups of 4. That should not be allowed They had been started as a 3 some but split at the first green. The folks we were paired with said that it eas usually a 5 or more hour round.So after 9 we left. The course looked good and was well kept.

This is a super local course, easy to get to, friendly people and in very good shape.We play it often. It is short and w played today in 3 hours.

Staff very friendly
Tee boxes could use some work. Most greens were ok although he overseeding does make for tough conditions.
Lots of bald spots on fairway sides. Tough course for short hitters and some lady players since there is lots of water to hit over,

The Club at Venetian Bay

The people here are really friendly, the course is okay but the greens are almost bare on every hole. just get to the green and take a 2 put. In some cases we just picked up. The pro shop said it was a fungus and they are working on it. Otherwise, a fun , friendly course , We would go back and hope for better conditions.

North Shore Golf Course

We played this course a few years ago a d it was just okay. However, it is in much better condition, good greens, sidelines and rough cleared out and a great pace of play. We will definitely try it again.
Oaks National Golf Club

This course had all new greens a short while ago but the greens on the back 9 were in VERY bad shape, huge bald patches. The fairways were dead in many spots, Not a place we will be back to.
Kissimmee Bay Country Club

We have played this course many times and like the layout and location. It is , however in need of some TLC.Geens are in poor shape but they have over seeded for the season and it is growing in. Pace of play was super.
Rio Pinar Golf
Played On 11/20/2017Friendly people, good , very fast greens, tee boxes pretty rough as are cart paths and fairways.

Friendky, easy going folks, great pace of play, fair price, course in pretty good condition. Some greens on front 9 need attention.

WE had a good day. Greens in supper shape as are the cart paths. Pace of play was excellent , we were 3 1/2 hours. We will return

we had never heard of this course and were pleasantly surprised. Fairways were good, greens the best on the back 9 but the front was tolerable. Friendly staff esp. at the 19th hole. Although the yardage is short, there were enough challenges to keep us interested. The par 3's are very long.

Clermont is an area of rolling hills which is unusual for Florida so that makes for good scenery and a nice variety of shots.
The greens were in very good shape but the fairways were pretty ragged in spots. Carts paths need a lot of repair.

Lots of fun, , great pace, fairly easy good parking . Take your guests and then go off to town for some leisure.

We have played this course many times but this time it seemed a little worse for wear. Cart paths, run outs, tee boxes and even some greens were not in great shape . The driving range is poor also. Disappointing .
Remington Golf Club

We took 5 hours and we're only finished 15 holes, so we left.. No Marshall or beverage cart ever in sight. Many pot hots and run outs. No rest room facilities on this course either which makes a 5 hour round even worse.
We won't be back.
