The view from the restaurant is excellent

Dramatic views, fast greens, well manicured fairways are all part of the package. Built on an old dump, Braeben has some good views of Mississauga, and the course itself is beautifully chiseled out of the land. An amazing round at an amazing course.

My only complaint is that it's a little pricey. But fun - wow! I'd go back in a heartbeat. Oh - and take a cart, it is hilly - really hilly.

One of the most serene settings for a course I've played.

I turned 56 this year and was playing with a guy that decided to play the reds. I joined him. What a fun round. Everything was A1 except the premade sandwich I got from the cart girl.

The front 9 is all the same. Don't get me wrong - this is a very nice course, however it is really a walk in the park - especially on the front. Greens are well kept, as is the entire course. Staff is friendly and you never know who you're gonna meet. I played with some people from Kentucky who'd never been to Canada. It's kinda fun to act as an ambassador for a few hours.

Overall good course - especially if you book a hot deal.

Very few doglegs but elevation changes and length more than make up for it. If you're straight and long you'll be ok. Otherwise look out.

Tight, fair, muni golf. Pace of play was excellent and food was pretty good - especially the potato leek soup. Good views of Burlington and the lake.

Expect a LONG round on nice weekend days. Earlier you get here the better. Easily walkable. Tight and moderately difficult. Water hardly comes into play. Save energy for the two back to back par 5's on the back. 16 and 17.

Good, fair, flat and tight. As usual - aim for the 150 stake.
