What a difference between the front side and back side. After nine holes of patchy fairways and not so great layout I was tempted to head to the car and go home. But luckily I took the long drive to hole #10. What a difference on the back 9. It was such a difference. Well designed holes with lot's of water and ponds. Kind of felt like Plantation Preserve on the backside. Would play that side twice if given the option.

Always a good challenge. Wish greens were a little bit better and you have to roll it in the fairways. But what a great look into classic golf course design. Always enjoyed playing this track. One of the few golf courses left in Miami.....

Nice public course in decent but not great condition. Front side pretty easy then you hit the back side as designed by the great Donald Ross. You can tell the difference between the two sides. Elevated (slightly) greens and deep bunkers on the back side. Pretty slow today as the northerners just showed up in South Florida for the season. But for 10 bucks you can't complain. Would play again.....

Good layout with tons of water. Unfortunately the condition is average/below average. Greens had lots of patches of sand and rolling in the fairway was a must........

Sand patches on 10 of 18 greens. Weeds in fairway. But with voucher got it for $2.00. Layout was very good. But such poor shape. Owners must have quit. So must have greenskeeper.....

Was excited after seeing the course online and on 18 birdies . But in person was a great disappointment. Lame driving range all the way through Green‘s that were running at about six on the stemp meter. Fairways ranged from decent to not having been cut in quite a few days. Surprising.

Not spectacular but a solid course at a solid price. Would play again and recommend. Nice inexpensive golf in a lovely environment

One of the best tests in South Florida. Greens were very slow as a result of heavy rains. Only warning would be not the best course over a fair amount of rain. Others drain better. But one of the best test in the region. A must play course.....

What a terrible conditioned course. The greens were so bad my 100 ft. putting stroke went 20 ft. - worst greens I have seen in years. The facilities were probably state of the art in 1974 but haven't changed since. Looked forward for years to play this course since I attended Citrus Open as a child and was a part of my Golfing Vacation. Bad choice. Kill this course and make homes or something better than poor conditioned golf.....

Really old and run down facility. Rated a 4 star on GolfNow but nothing above 2 stars. Greens in poor shape and different conditions each hole. Ground was hard as water does not seem to be used to irrigate the course. Rock hard and brown. Music loud at clubhouse with 1950's music. They try other angles to make up for lack of effort to keep conditions decent. Run, don't walkaway from this course.

Great day of golf. Pro greens rolling at 11. Played well and would return. One of top 5 courses in Broward..........

This course used to be the epicenter of everything golf in South Florida. The clubhouse is a moldy museum of how things were 30+ years ago. But get past the clubhouse (you must check out the hall of fame walk towards the locker rooms) and you find a really nice course with some good value for your golf dollar. Enjoyable course in surprisingly good condition....

One of the best tracks in the area. Always in good shape and tricky layout.

A course that the maintenance department gave up on. Weeds, bald spots, poor tee conditions and lots of hurricane trees down some four months past the event. Was once one of the best courses in the region. Now looks forgotten and exploited. Ranking with the other local courses that are money grabs. Killian Greens, Heron Bay, Orangebrook, Flamingo Lakes, Cost del Sol are only worse in the area. Not again my friend.....
