Greens were very slow but probably typical for this time of year. Good time though because two of us played 28 holes in about 2 1/2 hrs. I like that very much.

Great course and very tiring because of cart path only after the rain.
Some standing water but not drastic.

But the cart paths are rough, rocky and hard to follow. The cart I drove coughed, sputtered and jerked around the course. If you are off the fairway you likely hit the ball off bare dirt or rocks and sometimes dried up grass. Winter rule golf prevailed in some cases.
If you stay in the fairway, you will find the course and greens very interesting, fun and challenging. Greens were well groomed and had challenging slope and undulations.
The price seemed fair for the region.
If you can get by the roughness I mentioned you will enjoy the golf.

Noise from traffic, slow slow play, and long wandering trips to next tee box make this course undesirable to me for playing. There are some holes where all the traffic is crazy noisy. We started at 2:38 pm and finished with 14 holes and it got too dark for me so we stopped. But for the value and quality of the course itself, I say it is ok to play.
