This is a fun little course that is well maintained and for a good price. I am a middle schooler with not very good distance, and I can make the GIR 75% of the time. The course has very generous fairways and pretty easily positioned greens. There aren't many bunkers and the only hazard is the pond about 20 yards off the fairway at the fist hole. Good driving range with grass in the summers and mats in the winters; also has well-maintained practice putting green and chipping green. P.S. The Par Three course is really fun and well maintained.
