Course was in really good shape for July and not too soggy like most courses .
Staff was super friendly and I had the course to myself playing 2,5 hours for 18 holes .

This course could be ver nice but is kept in really poor condition.
Looks pretty run down. Bunkers look really bad, greens look pretty rough and the whole place looks run down.
Pace of olay was excellent though

The whole course was in a very good shape and greens were true and had a good speed.
probably on of the best course in the phoenix / scottsdale area at the moment.
free water bottles everywhere on the course .

Firecliff at Desert Willow Golf Resort

Played that course for the first time and really liked the layout and the views from the tee boxes. Plants and flowers everwhere. Makes you forget you play in the desert.
Overall condition of the course was ok for the summer. Greens were punched a little while ago and the greens were not 100% smooth, but thats what you might get in the summer here a lot I guess.
Still a great course that I would always play again.
Staff was also very friendly.
Mission Hills - Gary Player Course

Played that course for the first time and really liked the course layout.
Beautiful houses all around the course and everything looked very nice.
Greens were very slow though. even for the summer .
we never saw the beverage cart and were really thirsty and the clubhouse was closed
when we fot back in at 1:30pm.
besides that we had a great time since the course is fun to play
Cimarron Golf Club - Boulder Course

played that course because the ratings were good and was disappointed. the course looked like a ghosttown and was just unspectacular.
course was in an ok shape though and greens were mediocre.
this course should definetly not be ranked as high as it is.
pro shop looked really cheap as well

Thanks for taking the time to post your comment. This time of year, there simply isn't a lot of play anywhere in the desert. This summer we are doing our best to conserve water because of the drought conditions, so it isn't as lush as we would normally like. When the season begins after overseed, expect the course to be in prime condition. Hopefully you will try us again this winter. Regards,

Las Sendas Golf Club
Played On 06/15/2015Nice course and in good shape
Played Las Sendas in the afternoon and the course was nice and empty . But it was 111° as well.
Greens and Fairways were in good shape for that time of the year.
Only downside were the Srixon Range Balls that don´t really fly like a normal golf ball and I had to hit from mats.
But besides that it was a very nice round of golf at las sendas
Talking Stick Golf Club - O'odham Course
Played On 06/01/2015great golf course, but sloooow greens
Both of the Talking Stick Golf courses are beautiful and always fun to play...BUT, i played there about 4 times between march and June and the greens were always super slow and not really exciting to putt on.
Also bunkers need work...rock hard and no sand at all.
Still a nice course that I can recommend
The Bayonet at Bayonet/Black Horse Golf Course

Both courses are in great shape. Greens rolled at about 11 on the stimp and were really true.
The Bayonet is a very challenging course .
