Very poor condition

Having played this course in the passed I was very disappointed this time around. I understand we have had less than favourable weather this summer but this course is by far in the worst condition of any I have played this year. I'm shocked at the green fee rate given the course condition.
Pace of play is also an issue at this course. Teed off at 8:30 and it was just under a 5 hour round.
