Been golfing for about 5 years now. Currently playing as a 10.7 handicap. Still working to find my game but getting better everyday to eliminate those wasted shots to hopefully someday become a single digit handicap.

The Nayar Course at Vidanta Nuevo Nayarit-Vallarta
Played On 11/11/2017Fun Resort Course
Great experience overall. Staff was friendly and my caddie (Jose) was awesome. Course and the green were a good shape. Course is huge, so I can see why a caddie was mandatory. Wouldn't pay full price but if you can get a Hot Deal, definitely worth it.
Flamingos Club de Golf
Played On 11/07/2017Back 9 Better Than Front!
For a $50 Hot Deal, course was in decent condition. The front 9 was slighting boring and muddy. The back 9 had a better lay out and more scenic. Pace of play was good until I got caught behind a 4-some, 2-some, and 3-some. Managed to finish in 3 hours still. If you can get a deal great, I wouldn't pay full price to play.
Oakbrook Golf Club
Played On 08/17/2016Best greens around!
I've now played Oakbrook several times and each time the course has gotten better. Great layout of the course, it's challenging but fair. Pace of play is great, each time I've played, 4 hours or less for a round. The greens are some of the best around, firm and fast.
The Olympic at Gold Mountain Golf Course
Played On 09/07/2015Tough but fair course!!!
Olympic is a must play course. Course was in excellent condition. Barely any dry spots in the fairways, greens were in great shape as well, fast but rolled true. Course is hilly, so prepare yourself if walking. Back 9 plays tougher than front with 16/17/18 are great closing holes. Staff was extremely friendly. Pace of play was great, only waited on last few holes. Definitely worth the drive from Seattle.
Salish Cliffs Golf Club
Played On 08/08/2015Amazing course, definitely a must play in Washington!
The course was an excellent condition. The tee boxes were amazing, fairways were good and greens are fast and true. The staff was friendly, from the bag drop off, to starter, and cart girls, everyone was friendly. Course definitely is challenging but fair. Risk reward, excellent views. Watch out for garden snakes, show several. Pace of play was good, played in 4 hours with a slower 4some in front of us but didn't really wait on any tee boxes. Worth the drive from Seattle, also they have Hot deals during the week, so if can, buy one and go play. Won't be disappointed.
The Cascade at Gold Mountain Golf Course
Played On 07/05/2015Worth the drive, excellent course.
Heard so much about Gold Mountain, so finally decided to drive out from Seattle and play. Had 8:30 tee time to play Cascade, excellent pace of play. Finished round in 4 hours walking. Couple hills but nothing bad. Greens are in good shape, rolled fast. Tree lined so staying in fairway is ideal. Great course, can't wait to go play Olympic course next.
The Golf Club at Hawks Prairie - The Woodlands
Played On 05/25/2015Great course conditions with a lot of trees, stay in the fairways!
Played as part of 36 hole special along with The Links course on property. Course is lined with trees on every hole and water hazards on some of the holes as well. Stay in fairways, there are no straight shots. Greens are small but were in great condition and rolled true. Course is walkable but some tee boxes are good distance away. Playing on holiday thought pace of play would be slow, nope didn't have a group in front or behind us and tee time was a 10am.
The Golf Club at Hawks Prairie - The Links
Played On 05/25/2015Great value to play a course not in the city.
Coming from Seattle to play course, wasn't too sure what I was getting myself into. The Links course plays different than the The Woodlands course, biggest difference is a lot less trees. Greens were in great condition, pace of play was great. Didn't have anyone behind us the entire round and only had to wait on the 16th tee box only. Well kept course, conditions. Was worth the drive.
Eagles Pride Golf Course - Blue/Green
Played On 05/21/2015Great public course with challenging holes and terrain.
Definitely want to keep in the fairways. Trees, elevated tee boxes on some holes and a lot of twist and turns. Walkable but fair warning, there are couple holes where the tee boxes aren't next to each other and couple uphill holes. The greens were in excellent shape, a bit slow but overall well kept. They have a restaurant to grab food, beers on tab and staff was friendly. Pace of play was good too, paired with another group. Had a great time and definitely would play again.
Willows Run Golf Club - Coyote Creek Course
Played On 05/11/2015Good course to walk but over priced!
Eagle Talon is the better of the two courses. Plays long but stay in the fairway. Greens are well kept. Easy walkable course and flat. This course gets pretty busy and can play slow at times. Definitely over priced and should be cheaper. Playing earlier is best, because from 8-1 all the oldies will be on the course taking their sweet time like they own the course.
Allenmore Golf Course
Played On 05/09/2015Great public course, with nice greens but pace of play is slow!
For a public course, they have well kept greens. Course is fairly easy, with straight forward play. Couple hills on the back 9 but nothing too crazy except the climb on 18. Pace of play as pretty slow, round was over 5 hours. A lot of beginner golfers and playing on a Saturday, early afternoon on a sunny day, so bring patiences. Overall, a good course if you're local and want to get a round in.
McCormick Woods Golf Course
Played On 05/07/2015Challenging course if playing from tips, a lot of tree!
I guess they were removing a ton of trees and making improvements to the course. Tee boxes and greens needed a little TLC. Challenging course and I would say walking would definitely give you a great work out. A lot of hills, twists and turns and different elevations. Course plays much harder from the tips. Will play again in late summer and hopefully all they improvements will be fixed and course plays better.
Foster Golf Links
Played On 07/17/2014Great for quick 9 holes
Have played Fosters several times. Pretty easy course to navigate and easy to walk. No hills to climb. Great to work on short to intermediate game. Overall, nice course with practice green and even practice bunker and short chip shots.
White Horse Golf Club
Played On 07/12/2014Prepare to lose some golf balls...
Overall, the course was in really good shape. Well taken care of greens and fairways. Have several tee boxes to choose and play from. Pretty long course. Most of the fairways are surrounded by forest, so if you hit a ball in the trees, just forget about finding it. Couple narrow fairways as well. If walking, you're easily playing 5-6 hour round if course is busy.
