Providence Golf Club
Played On 03/05/2019Not accommodating
The course is nice but they’re not very accommodating. They use golfnow as advertisement to get ppl in. Then when the weather was dumping, they wouldn’t issue a rain check (it was dumping). First time I encountered inclement weather where the clubhouse was unwilling to issue a rain check. I asked them to show me the policy but they were unable to show me anything.

Eh it’s ok. Upkeep of the course is questionable. The course is set up with lots of blind spots. But it be nice if they prune some of the spots for safety reasons. They were also having a tournament on the jones course so some guests were little rowdy and inconsiderate during the tee box and on the greens.
Thank you for playing. We have tree crews coming in soon to take care of some of the over-grown areas. Once you've played it once, the blind shots become easier to navigate. Hope to see you soon!

Beautiful course! Excellent upkeep! Friendly staff! Challenging but forgiving course with some blind greens! Highly recommend!
Indian Springs Golf Club

Excellent for the price. Especially when it’s a hot deal! Almost cheaper than hitting a large bucket of balls. This course is a gem! Not extremely but a pretty and pretty challenging course.

this course is being converted from 18 holes to 9. Houses are being built so the course is being ripped apart. I think until they are completely finished, avoid at all cost.
Thank you for your comment. I feel it is our responsibility to clarify this review as we want to be as transparent as possible during our transition.
North Ridge GC has been converted from 18 holes to 9 holes as indicated on GolfNow and our website. The changes to the actual golf course have been completed for the 2016 season.
The course is in excellent shape from tee to green and in my estimation that the greens are in better shape than any public course in the area.
The golf course itself does not have any homes that actually border any of the holes as you are in no danger of hitting any homes.
The street that connects Welch Road to the new homes in the community was redone today and new asphalt and curbs have been been laid down. When you pull into the property it is no longer a crushed stone road.
If anyone has any questions regarding the condition of the course please feel free to contact PGA Golf Professional John Dipollina directly at 860.628.0879 with any concerns or comments you may have.
I'm assuming you purchased a hot deal too. I did the same thing but it actually does state you don't get a rain check. That's our fault, not Providence so give golf now the bad review or just read the policies dude.
