Greens were nice and rolled well. Tee boxes were mostly dirt. Fairways and whole course needs water

Course was in very poor condition. Course needs much work in all areas to even attain average condition

Overall course is in rough shape. Tee boxes and greens are poor. Fairways are ok. Pace of play was very slow and no Marshall to improve the pace. Played same course 3 weeks ago and it was in much better shape

Course was in good shape. Pace of play was 4 hours. Wanted to try the golf boards they advertise but they were all broken.

The course was in horrible shape. Back nine was mostly dirt with scattering of weeds for greenery. Front nine was marginally better. Even at a cheap price it is not worth the money.

course was in terrible shape. only the greens were green but they were slow and inconsistent. My GPS could not find the course and I had to find someone who knew where it was. In hindsight, I wish I never found it.

Greens and course had been aerated within past week. Website should advise this so you know before booking a tee time

They pack the tee times too close that guarantees a slow round. No ranger to encourage slow players to pick up the pace. We had to wait EVERY shot. Finally gave up after nine holes seeing a backup of three groups on the tenth tee. Inexpensive rates does not equal good value.
