one of 2 most terrible golf experiences of my life (both involved racism towards me). It first starts with me arriving, having already paid my GOLFNOW HOTDEAL. Im no fool, I know HOTDEALS COVER 100% OF THE ROUND. I go too often to know. However, this fool BOB (another guy points out his inadequacies in another post) charges me an extra $30 on top of my hotdeal. I kept arguing but whatever, I just paid cause I was going to dispute it anyways (my bank refunded me later). Also, I'm a savvy person so when I went out to play my round with 2 others I was paired with, I asked them "Did you guys pay via hotdeal?" they replied "yes". I asked did that fool charge you extra $30? They said "I've never EVER been charged extra for a hotdeal, and NO WE DID NOT GET CHARGED AN EXTRA $30..." how ironic.. the other 2 golfers were WHITE.
so at this point.. i know what's going on here. but things get way worse when the ranger comes waiting for me on the 17th hole. he says I have to come in, my rounds over. I tell him, "dude I only have 2 more holes to go, the sun is still out, and on top of that you MFers don't think i know that you double charged me (because I WASNT WHITE... I AINT STUPID). but yea to no avail... because I wasn't a white man, they made my azz go all the way back, not finishing the round. they charged me an extra $30 compared to all the other people in my group cause I was NOT WHITE, and I was STILL not allowed to finish to round.. btw I golf really fast so i left the 2 others, they were 2 holes behind me but I stayed to watch and saw the ranger had no problem letting them finish... must be nice living as a white man in a racist world. if you REALLY got to know me you'd see I'm a chill MFer. too bad most people just see that I am not WHITE first and foremost. these kinda people do things such as charge me WAY MORE to play, .. just so I can't even finish the round like the other golfers.. sad. only happy thing i can say is that this is the only place this ever happened in my over 50 rounds of golf. I always got weird vibes, but never to this extent. DONT COME HERE IF YOU AREN'T WHITE BRUH

this place is a hidden gem in the bronx. the starter here was super nice as well. wanted to buy the logo ball to remember this place. thanks :)

starter was super nice, course was as well. and the golf carts are the best carts I've ever seen (GPS built in displaying distance from the hole)

seriously.. read the reviews before you book. when you REALLY read the reviews of the complaints here you realize there are negative experiences here. mine was that a dude mowing the lawn SCREAMED and literally cursed me out for not hitting my tee shot when I was waiting for golfers 200 yards in front of me (in my driving range) to get out of the way. the amount of disresect you receive here is unbelievable. got a dude ready to box and throw hands honestly..
