I played this course for the first time. It was a hot & humid midday tee off. The course was in excellent shape. The fairways had plenty of grass and the greens were in good shape.,they were slow but putted true. I did not see any bare spots on the greens. This course is pretty straight forward. The #3 hole is unique in that there is a large tree in the middle of the fairway on the par 3 which you have to hit over. Yardage Markers are scarce. The 150 yard marker is visible but there are no 100 yard markers visible unless you are right on top of it. There are a few holes where signs are scarce as where to proceed to next hole. There are a few holes where you have to carry water either from the tee or on approach shot. Overall it was a good course.

This is the 1st time I've played this course since 1995. From tee to green the course was in great shape . a few tee boxes need work but not bad. a few greens have some rough spots but overall in good condition. They rolled a little slower than expected.The fairways , for the most part , had very good grass. The sand traps were wet due to heavy rain the past week. i would highly recommend this course and the prices are great.

Played on May 27, 2017 with my 15 year old son. the course was in great shape. the greens were slower than what I consider normal but in great shape. It was very windy but kept the bugs away. The yardage is deceiving in that there are a number of holes that are short but cant hit driver or 3 wood...... it is a placement shot course. if you like Gorilla golf and you like the DRIVER a lot, this course is not for you. I play weekly in the Hilton Head/Bluffton area and this course is as good as any I play. I would play it differently next time with 1 round of knowledge ..I would play it again. The practice greens were unusable & the refreshment cart was out of service would be the only negative I would rate...................
