Played the Palm course. Many of my approach shots on the back 9 I was hitting off mud, dirt, or small clumps of grass...and I was on the fairway. Wish I would have read the most recent reviews because I would not have played here. They are accurate. Maintenance is terrible on Palm. So many other options for your vacation dollars.

Beautiful course with lots of elevation changes make for nice views. Well maintained course. Greens were a bit slow but they were in excellent condition. Nice challenge with some narrow landing zones. The scorecard had tips for each hole which is great for first time players. Probably not the best course for beginners. Had a great after round dinner at the restaurant. I will definitely play here on our next trip.
