Pleasant day in Superior Wi. playing golf with a local who has a membership at this track. Most holes were straight forward but there is trouble lurking around most corners and local knowledge is very helpful. Fairways were well maintained and the greens were fast-I like fast greens. The bunkers had sand in them. I'll go back for seconds on this one.

I've played here several times and find the course immensely pleasant. Not too long and not too easy. It is a fair test for average to good golfers. Good practice facilities and nice 19th hole.

The course was in bad shape. They were digging trenches throughout the course and there was no sand in most of the bunkers. They said they were cutting back on bunkers so they let them go to waste. The greens were fast but fair with lots of undulation on most of them. Tough course for a first visit and no guide. There were caverns to one side of the fairways that you cannot see and are not displayed anywhere. I got a great rate so that was the saving grace for this course. The people were friendly.

I left my GAP wedge there and I want it back. The course was very green and beautiful. It was the first time I played it. There are a lot of dog legs and several blind shots. If you don't know where you are going you are in trouble. The elevation changes on the par threes mean take lesser clubs or go over the green-I did three times. The first cut of rough was thick but you could play out of it. The gorse was terrible. I lost 3 balls but found 5 others. The greens were excellent and rolled at a 11 or 12 . Good putts were rewarded. Chipping was not bad although the mowed always away from the greens so you always had to chip against the grain. The price was good but it is a way out there. I'll do it again even if I just need to go there and get my lost club. The 19th hole was comfortable and relaxed. Lots of country folk.

The check-in was easy and very helpful. The layout was good but a couple awkward tee shots that were doglegs and blind. Need local knowledge to play well here. The creek runs through several holes and gobbles up balls. Smallish type greens but the ran true. I'll play it again. Seen several Turkeys walking by-not golfers ;)

Easy check-in and carts are right there, Putting green is large and chipping can be done there also. The course requires some length but accepts drives that are not too wayward. Landing areas can be generous at times but your iron play needs to be on if you want to score. The greens were manageable and slick in some places. Overall a nice course. Plays easier the 2nd time around.

It was a very nice round of golf. I enjoyed the service and the layout of the course. The Symetra Tour is coming week. I felt good playing the course once I got over the nervousness of the first hole on the Champions Course +7. I finished with an 81 which is good. I want to see the ladies play next week. That way I can see how it's really done. The bunkers were deep and numerous. The greens were true but required a precise read. Great views of the mountains from virtually every hole.

Was paired with a couple of good guys at the course. It was breezy. The course is framed by houses and palm trees. If you hit it straight you can score easily. The greens were medium speed. The bunkers were hard packed after the rain the night before. The practice facilities were great. The scenery was great from all angles. Fairways were very nice and the rough was mild. I had many great lies in the first cut of rough. It was easy get the balls up and down around these nice greens. The 18th hole is a "trick hole with water pinching in from both sides. Can't wait to play it again.

This course gets a lot of traffic. The fairways are in need of more grass-very patchy in places with dirt and gravel instead of grass. The greens had too many foot prints and many golfers forgot to repair their ball marks. The greens were smooth and fast but due to the footprints it became luck if you rolled your putt in. This course is sneaky long with 3 par 5s on the front 9. It always backs up on the par 3s. It is fairly wide open so you can bang your driver as hard as you like but watch out for the rough which tends to hide balls and then the search begins...

This course is semi long but not really. The fairways are generous off the tee and the greens were smooth. You could virtually bang the ball as hard as you wanted and it would find the fairway. The course is straight forward with no major tricks. Only drawback was that the fairways were patchy and had many dirt bone spaces. Overall a nice walk in the park not spoiled.

This is a very nice golf course with generous fairways and fast greens. It is fairly long but it is also forgiving. Some blind shots can ramp up your anxiety and there is a small river that meanders throughout the course. If you hit into it you can usually retrieve your ball-sometimes NOT! Very nice 19th Hole and friendly staff. I will definitely play here again. Beautiful scenery and mountain views.

I have played this course many times. It is long from the back tees but not overly daunting. The greens are well groomed and mostly tilted from back to front. The fairways are mowed evenly and the rough can be penal. Once you learn how to play this course you can score. My best round here is 3-over par. If the staff at the window was any better I would rate it higher.

This is a fairly straight forward course. Numerous par 3s and the rest are par 4s. The holes are protected by slopey greens and sand traps. Pace of play was wonderful and the staff was ultra friendly. This is a good place to hone your game in all respects.

I have played this course 3-4 times and it is always well maintained. They have a grass driving range. The greens are very nice and very tricky-subtle breaks. Some nice long holes so that you have to hit those fairway woods and maybe the driver off the carpet. Most of the holes are well bunkered. Thus, bring your sand trap game. Chipping is at a premium. If you chip well you will get your par. If I lived down there I would pay that course 3 times a week.

This is a very nice course that is lady friendly. Greens were smooth and predictable so putting was good. Fairways were well manicured. No big surprises. Staff was ultra friendly and helpful. Food was good and filling. I will be back with my woman-she loved it

This is an excellent Executive Golf Course. Only thing missing is a par 5 for the men. They can rectify that by turning the 6th hole into a par 5 for the men by moving their tees back 20 yards. it already is a par 5 for the ladies. The first cut of rough is fluffy so your ball sits up-thus you can recover from an errant tee shot. The greens are well kept but they do get bumpy with all the traffic. Overall, a good value for the money and your time.

Played18 hoes at Alhambra Municipal course. It is a well maintained golf course with very nice but sloping greens. Short par 4s and accessible par 3s make it an enjoyable round of golf. Pace of play was great and we had 4 players. Great value!

Booked 2 tee times for this course because it is very well maintained. Great practice and warm-up facility. Greens were in excellent shape. Fairways were extremely nice. 19th hole was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I booked a tee-time for the wrong date and they were able to switch it the correct date. Fish tacos delicious and the draft beer was very cold.

I played this course for the 2nd time in 2 months and it is getting better. But the fairways are still very patchy and dry but the greens are nice. The rough is narly and desert like. Lost balls are very common. They get credit for having their crews out there mowing and trying to shape the course. However, they have a vey long way to go.

I have played this course many ties and find it very inviting.They are kept up and stay tricky. The fairways are nicely maintained. Often times they do not give the ladies an advantage with the tee box. This is thoughtlessness. Very good practice facilities.
