We had a great time and loved the course. The grass was still not completely grown in, but in good shape. We ate afterwards and the food was good and good service.

You don’t feel you are in East Texas. Lots of different elevations. A must play and great wraps in the grill.

The course was well kept and in good condition, however the pace of play was horrible. They do not have a marshall to keep people moving. Will not play again.
Bear Creek Golf Complex - Bear Course
Played On 02/18/2022Had a 1 1/2 hour “frost delay”!!
I’ve never heard of a frost delay that lasted that long. It did not even freeze the night before. The low was 36-38 degrees. Our friends had to leave after nine holes, because they had another engagement. The golf was ok but a rather boring course.

We will not play this course again. Nearly all the fairways were dead, hardly any grass anywhere. I would not recommend this course to anyone. The back nine was a little better, but not much.

We love this course. The greens did have a lot of ball marks that had not been repaired. Overall we would definitely play again and tell our friends.
Haven at Haven Public Golf Club

This is a nice course. Layout between fairways good, not so close that people were in each other’s fairways. Sand traps had lot of rocks, but just moved out and played on.
