Course in not bad condition, fairways ok, grass around greens very good, greens where fair, a bit hard and dry, putting was quick on down hill puts, overall not bad for price.

greens on front nine not very good, grass poor, back nine better but not good, greens were soft for landing tee boxes not much grass on most. Fairways average

Course was in great condition
Course in great condition, grass fairways and greens very good, had a bit of a problem with slow play from group in front of us up to 3rd hole, then marshall came and talked to group, pace of play was good after this
