Cream Ridge is in good shape to play through the winter. The fact that they don't have cart paths throughout means that the rough areas get worn down. The fairways and greens are in very good condition. A few of the pin placements could have been set better for the entire winter. The Roost has a great bar and the food is quite good. Mike is an excellent barman and manager. The rest of the staff is very friendly too.

Old South is reliably in very good shape. Every hole is different, and challenging. The greens putted a bit on the slow side, but very true. The staff is always friendly. We play Old South every time we visit Hilton Head. It is among the best in terms of value.

The mounding on a lot of the front nine helped make it playable in 30 mph winds, but was awkward. The greens are large, and the fast speed made them difficult. The traps need more sand at the bottom, although the wind probably blew some of it out. The staff in the pro shop was excellent.

Mountain View's greens are very challenging - very firm with ridges through most of them. The holes are interesting, and the views are fantastic. The entire facility is very well run.

Silver Rock is a great layout, but hotel work takes away from the present experience. The check-in person and the cart woman were having a bad day, and it showed. There are many deep traps, and, unfortunately, most didn't have enough sand in the bottom of them. I would play it again, but only after the construction is completed.

Desert Willow runs 2 beautiful courses magnificently. The staff is great. They don't overbook, so the pace of play is reliably good. Excellent conditions in a beautiful desert setting. Very well landscaped with great views.

The layout flows very nicely, with a good mix of short and long par 4's. There are several holes with beautiful ponds. The greens are large and have plenty of slope. The greens were in decent shape. Unfortunately, they haven't spent the money necessary to make their many bunkers playable. When they do that, it will be a great place to play.

Bear Creek was wonderful. The course was in great shape. The greens rolled beautifully. The staff was extremely attentive. The greens fee included an excellent lunch and a drink. We especially liked the layout. Several doglegs made us think our way around the course. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely play here whenever we come back to the Island.

Kiskiack has a lot of rolling hills with excellent course views. The green complexes are challenging and the condition of the greens was excellent. The bunkers were washed out, but that is understandable due to the recent storms. The staff was extremely friendly.

Lush, fantastic condition - especially for mid-July. You have to work to get the speed down on the greens, but they putt beautifully.

Mercer Oaks West is an excellent parkland golf course. The holes wind their way through wooded areas in a picturesque layout. The holes vary greatly, but all have excellent green complexes. The course was in very good condition for this early in the season. Fairways were great.

This course is wonderful. My wife and I played early and were paired with two singles. We played in 3 1/2 hours. The course design is great. Each hole is challenging and unique. The conditions of the fairways and greens were excellent. We will definitely play there again when we return to Florida.

Champions has some very challenging holes. The layout winds through native areas. The green complexes are large, but have plenty of undulations. The greens were in decent shape, but the fairways and rough were spotty. It was annoying to drive an old cart over very bumpy cart paths. I would give it another try, but would hope the conditions would improve.

We were all amazed at the condition of the course. It was fantastic. The greens were perfect and the fairways were well maintained. The staff was extra friendly. Great day !!!

My wife and I had a very nice day playing a challenging golf course. The par 4's into the wind were demanding. The greens were good, yet a bit on the slow side. That was probably due to the recent wet weather, but they could have been cut shorter. The staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely return to play it again.

I always make one visit to PB Par 3 when I come down to visit. The holes are challenging from the back tees, yet my wife can play the front tees comfortably. The views are fantastic and the staff is wonderful.

The course is very narrow and is fit into a residential neighborhood. The holes are challenging and demands use of all the clubs in the bag. The greens are small, yet very interesting. For an inexpensive alternative, I would recommend it highly. We played in under 4 hours.

Okeeheelee is a pleasant surprise. The design is
very interesting. The condition was quite good. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. All of this adds up to an incredible value for $29 (including cart and GolfNow fee. I would play there again and again.

The course was in great shape, especially the fairways. It is relatively flat, which is player friendly for women. The green complexes are very interesting, and the layout of the holes is wonderful. There are a few great doglegs.
