Upon arriving one hour early to use the range and warm up, I was told there is a shortage of carts by a “bag boy,” I said no problem I have time. About 10 mins to my tee time still no carts, when my time came they were not even letting out groups that were 30 mins before me. Waiting by the first tee, the 4 some that finally went out 30 mins scheduled before me was so bad and slow they didn’t even make it halfway down the first fairway for 10 MINS! I said no wonder there are no carts coming back in from finishing 18, it was the land of the walking dead, so many old people and women the pace of play was horrific, I got my money back and won’t be returning again.

Slow pace of play, even in the afternoon. Employee in clubhouse lied about how busy it was, saying “it’s wide open and you should have no problem,” when In reality there were multiple groups of 2-4 that just teed off. Frankly, many golfers I’ve encountered there are extremely novice and have no etiquette, won’t let you pass even on par 3’s. Won’t be going back unless it’s a last resort.

This place was extremely overbooked. I made a tee time a week in advance yet still had to wait 45 mins to tee off! Extremely slow play with at least 2 different groups of 4 waiting to tee off on every hole. What's the point of having a tee time if you have to wait 30-45 mins BETWEEN SHOTS!? I understand it's the beginning of golf season in WNY and not every place is open yet but they should drastically limit their tee times between 10-4 on a Saturday if they want to provide a better experience. I will be spending my money elsewhere this summer, terrible.
We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experiance at Buffalo Tournament Club. We had an issue with our online booking platform at the time you booked. The online platform double booked several tee times on one of the busiest days of the year.. We tried our best to accomadate everyone.
