Nice course at a reasonable price in the West Valley. There are some nicer courses but they’re priced accordingly. The cheaper courses aren’t nearly as nice.

For winter in the Phoenix valley, this is a pretty reasonably priced course but the conditions left a lot to be desired. It started with the putting green having so much bare ground that it was painted green.

Just an average layout, typical course built around housing development.

No on-course amenities.

I drove about 45 miles based on the 4.5 star rating which was posted. On a bang for the buck rating this is pretty good value but the conditions and overall layout don't justify 4.5 stars. I can play a course which is as good or better which is only 2 miles from my house.

There are some very nice holes especially across the river from the clubhouse but there are also a number which look basically like a tee and green stuck in the middle of a farm field.

Greens were in great shape but there were dead areas in many of the fairways, the sand bunkers were very wet (poor drainage) and had not been raked by the grounds crew for at least 4 days (I suspect longer) and a number of the tees were below average.

To sum it up, the course does offer a very good value but conditions and the layout are a mixed bag.
