Tee boxes were significantly deteriorated when compared to 2 months ago. Pace of play was terrible and starter could have done a better job in dispatching twosomes ahead of multiplied foursomes. I was about to purchase their membership, but yesterday experience made me reconsider it.

I must admit that after reading multiple reviews describing the terrible conditions of the course in general, I was somewhat skeptical of playing a round. However, the good memories of past rounds enjoyed in the course forced me to give it a try, and I must admit I was expecting worse conditions.
Now, let’s be realistic here, we are under winter rates everywhere, which means $70 weekend rates, so this is why I found the $45 rate reasonable for the course. Yes, there are very few greens with some bad spots, but it is only around 10% of those few greens. I can’t say I had to re-position my ball because I couldn’t play it where it lied.
I will definitely play again and I encourage you to give it a try and come to your own conclusion while keeping in mind the winter rate you paid to play...

It has been several years since I last played this course. Back then, the greens were not in good shape, fairways and tee box could use some TLC.
It was a pleasant surprise to see the greens were in good shape (some of them continue to be quite small for some of us shooting north of 90... but oñthe overall experience was excellent.
The bar staff was very friendly and accommodating in making a bucket of refreshments available to enjoy during the round. I will definitely come back more often. You can see the management is investing in equipment from golf carts to groundskeeping equipment, and it shows.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They try to accommodate all players requests. The course was packed, so pace of play was slow. However, we were able to finish the round.
Fairways are forgiving as the rough areas are quite playable. Water hazards do not play a big factor in the round (we played the whites..). Greens are small, making approach shots challenging. Wish greens are kept in better condition. There are patchy areas that were not playable. With all this said, it is a good course to play when you are not willing to pay premium green fees.

At first glance the building architectural design tells it dates back to the 70’s. But don’t let appearances fool you; all facilities were cleaned and well maintained. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Fairways are challenging as some were quite narrow for my golfing abilities and the greens are somewhat smaller than average. Course is in good condition. Greens evidenced they were punched several weeks ago and were not compacted, exposing some dented (punched) areas. I found the speed of greens slower than I prefer. Overall, I highly recommend this course. You get the value for the money you pay.
