Played on a sunny, warm day and there had been no rain for several days prior, yet the front 9 and parts of the back 9 were soggy. When I say soggy, it was wet and marshy in some places. A 90 degree cart rule was in effect, stay on the cart paths. Balls and clubs were always muddy. Some of the tees had zero grass, and were also soggy. I can only assume they are aggressively watering at night.
The course has a nice layout but it was disappointing to constantly be wiping mud from the ball.

Eagle's Pointe Golf Club

My wife and I played a round today (Oct 12, 2020) and found the course in excellent condition with smooth challenging greens. We were greeted by Tom who took our clubs and set up the cart. The pro shop staff were friendly too and I was in and out in moments.
