Shower is disgusting for that kind of money and it was slower than a sloth at San Diego Zoo in terms of Pace. Mentioned to the pro shop pro and he could care less. Said, "sorry you paid $120 to play a slow course."

Tried to take my dad out for a special round. The starter was the nicest guy and got the day rolling. We played behind slow groups. Left after 14 holes at 4.5 hour mark. Would have taken 5+ hours to play. Enformed pro behind counter and he could care less.

How often does the starter greet you and make your day better. At Steele canyon this guy was awesome. Even provided a yardage book. Great place to play!

Samantha at the course helped me get my putter re gripped and couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and friendly. Course was in need of mainlands but a blast for the money. T
Buffalo Grove Golf Course

Bg staff was friendly. Course was fine. It was 36 degrees and windy. No one around and I played 18 holes in 1.5 hours. Cart fee of $18 is a Little much but everything else was great.
Makray Memorial Golf Club

They advertise $23 for 18 holes on this website and when you call to confirm the staff says it’s an error and they won’t honor it. When I played in May they were so unfriendly as well called to make payment while in the lot. The person who answered said, “well I’m waiting... for the the credit card number!” Don’t play here!

Got paired with three guys and they were awesome. It is a blast to meet new people which made the course and golf more enjoyable.
Stonewall Orchard Golf Club

It is too much to pay top dollar to play a 5 hour round of golf. Course was in great shape but we couldn’t get into a Groove waiting on every shot. No ranger in sight. Love this course but not worth the money spent.
Thank you for the comment and thanks for playing. As we have been extremely busy lately, we do tightly monitor the pace through our GPS system from the golf shop. While people may not see a marshal at certain times, we most certainly are keeping an eye on pace and sending messages to carts to keep our proper pace..
