Groesbeck Golf Course
Played On 06/04/2015Nice course for the cost
First time here was enjoyable. Course in pretty good condition. An older style course with some pretty challenging holes. Some of the tee boxes were a little close to the previous green, but aside from that, the layout was picturesque but challenging. Water & trees come into play on several holes, so good tee shots are required to avoid trouble. Would definitely play again.
Dragon Ranch Golf Club
Played On 05/24/2015Great course for the price
My son and I played here for the first time and really liked the course. I have only played two courses in this area (live out of state), and he has only played a few, but both agreed this is best so far. Course on good shape, pretty challenging with some sand & water and LOTS of mature trees line most holes. Hit it straight or you're likely in trouble on most holes, but still liked it a lot. Will definitely be back!
Briar Ridge Golf & Country Club
Played On 05/06/2015Great course for the price. Long but forgiving.
Great course for the price. A little longer than the average courses we play but wider fairways on several holes allow for some less than perfect shots. 2 or 3 of the par fours are narrower & require good teeshot placement to stay away from trouble. Good course for the average player!
Hawk Hollow Championship Golf Course - Front 9/Middle 9
Played On 04/03/2015Great shape for this early in the season!
Excellent course and excellent price through Golf Now. Fairways and greens in great shape for early April, but always in good shape when I've played here. Hope to play it again soon.
Dunham Hills Golf Club
Played On 9/6/2013Beautiful rolling course, near-perfect greens, and exceptionally well-maintained.
Thoroughly enjoyed my first experience here. Didn't score great, but really liked the layout and the way the course has been manicured. Definitely a course for those who hit a straight ball. Greens are true and the ball rolls well, but quick. Well worth the cost . A hidden gem in SE Michigan.
Willow Brook Golf Club
Played On 6/11/2013good course for the cost
Relatively inexpensive to play for this type course. Challenging enough to be fun but not a back-breaker. Water and a few sand traps on certain holes can make club selection critical to a good score. Course was in good shape for all the recent rain in the area.
Hawk Meadows at Dama Farms Golf Club
Played On 4/28/2013Nice course for the price. Will play there again.
Have played the course a few times over the past several years, and have always felt it was a nice course for the price. Not overly challenging, and fairly open, so good for the average golfer. Owners keep price very reasonable, but take good care of the course. However, not much of a clubhouse.
Played this past weekend for the least we ever paid for 18 holes with a cart, but had typical MI weather! Rained for 14 of the 18 holes we played! Course still drained pretty well for as much rain as we've had.
