One of the reason I like playing here is the practice area. Unfortunately it is in really rough shape. No grass at all on driving range Sand bunker unplayable . Cart garage overwhelmed.
The course was in OK shape showing wear from summer heat.

Including a cart the price was very good. But very little grass in fairways, none in rough and greens were airated previous week so could not put a line.

Course is a public course at a good price. And they can’t be blamed for the damp conditions with all the rain over the past month but they have a serious drainage issue.
But the condition of the greens with large intrusions of other grasses is awful. The constant driving of carts right up to edge of greens wore out aprons. Bunkers have no sand - possibly because of upcoming renovation discussed in other reviews. Driving range was embarrassing and putting green had not been mowed in at least 3 days.
There are 5 courses nearby in great condition and under $55.

Tee Boxes were uneven.
10 Greens simply did not have grass.
Fairways were often non distinguishable.
No Starter; no ranger. Group jumped in front of us on 1st tee box. Front 9 took 2 hours and 40 minutes.
93 degrees, no cart service, no water on course.

Very unique layout. Each hole is different and can stand on its own. Great value. 3 greens were struggling and some fairway grass dying.

This is a public course and the pace of play in midday was slow. But the fairways were in good shape, but the greens were some of the best I have seen at a public course.

Worst driving range of courses $75+.
Saw 3 rangers yet group in front of us had 3 open holes.
Greens in good shape.
Carts new and outstanding.
3 9’s with limited signs nor help at turn.
Mostly place for 20-35 year olds to drink heavily, smoke cigars and yell all over course with constant F-bombs.
Plenty of other courses better at half the price.

On a miserable rainy morning the staff came right up to us in the parking lot to let us know the condition, where everything was and asked how they could help us. Made a huge difference.
After 5 hours of rain which stopped as we tee'd off the course was virtual dry with no puddles.
