My wife and I booked in for an 11.37 tee time and under a bright blue sky we started on a busy course. First impressions were excellent and more than matched during the round by the excellent course condition and testing layout. The concerns I had over the overall distance, only 5659 yds from longest tees, was soon dispelled by the testing greens and many opportunities to lose your ball in water. Highly recommended.

At 4042 yd’s off the back tees this course makes up for lack of distance by good design and being kept in very good condition. We played on a busy afternoon with mixed ability group ahead. Luckily weather was dry and warm until we finished then the rain fell heavily. A good course used predominantly by ladies but well worth a round.

Chose this course for GolfNow reviews and price and enjoyed every minute. From the moment I opened my car door on arrival and found Ripley ready to take our bags to buggy area, to the sandwich and drink after the round, the staff were prompt, friendly and efficient. The course was in good condition, not manicured but a real solid rural course with very good greens, tees and fairways, although in some areas the semi rough was just long enough to hide a ball, prolonging the search time.
I am a 14 handicapper and played a 2 ball with my wife who has played for 2 years and we both enjoyed the challenging yet fair design. We would definitely play again next vacation. Good value, good course and friendly people.
