Unfortunately I fell ill between the second tee and green, and had to abandon the day’s play.
Was really looking forward to playing the round

Worst cartpaths in the world, fairwAys not much better. Balls get lost easily in high grass and weeds.

The up and down of this course (rolling hills!) is it’s best feature. With age, my long drive is a dim memory, but this course is still fun to play !

This is a very easy, poorly kept course. The cart paths are inexcusably rutted. Stakes with strings between try to control cart traffic, but it doesn’t work. Long grass and leafy cabbage patches swallow balls all over the course. The canteen is closed. Not even an icy soda or hot cup of coffee to be had. Rest rooms on the course are horrible...filthy and in poor condition.

Pace of play and restaurant slow.
Starter is a bumbling idiot with a power complex, whose only apparent function is to bunch players.
We stopped at the restaurant for a quick bite between 9’s. It took a half hour to get a bowl of chili...no orders in or out during that time. Seriously dude ???

The pro shop and restaurant are the best features, but the course is in good shape too. Ranger is a nice touch to goose rate of play.

Staff and patrons neither dress nor act in accord with golf standards..denim and bad behavior abound..
Poorly kept cart paths and course... serious mud puddles where carts park at tees, and long foliage everywhere.
A course for rednecks and deplorables
which is a stain on the Valley.

Still long and wet in places, but about as good as this course gets. The closed snack bar was disappointing, and the checkin was long and chatty.

Just before overseeding, course is in great shape...not the usual overgrown, overwatered quagmire.

We purchased the lunch deal with the tee time. After 9 holes, we entered the restaurant just after 11am; and were told breakfast was still being served, so we could not have lunch until 11am. We did not want to raise a fuss, so we ordered breakfast. 30 minutes later, we were told they were out of pancakes, as pancakes were being served to patrons who ordered after us. 15 minutes later, we were served French Toast.
Fire the cook, and get a head waitress to help the waitress with a competent short order cook. Horrible service.

Got to 5th green when hail, rain, wind, thunder, and lightening came and stayed for an hour. This course is not well drained and the grass is long, so it was ruined for the day and we were soaked before returning to the club house.
This course does not offer rain checks, so we were unable to recover our excessive fees for the day. $33 fees on this course, tho GolfNow didn’t charge a booking fee, is way too much for this poorly kept goat track. We play it because it is otherwise convenient.

Wide open fairways and alternatives to avoid water hazards, yet challenging...
Especially the greens. Long for a retirement community, but easy access
to tees and greens.

Guy in pro shop was unwilling to start us early, tho there was nobody behind on 1 or 10. As a result, groups were bunched with huge gaps between bunches. He complained that he had no starter...I have never seen a starter in this course, and guys in pro shop have always managed starts quite well with the view of 1, 9, 10, and 18 afforded...until now. The guy needs close supervision.

Just off seeding, greens were fare more fuzzy than necessary, and there was mud everywhere. Played here 10 years ago, and then set a rule to allow wiping goose poop off balls on the fairway.

Just after seeding, cart path only was a bit much for this disabled veteran; but wow what a course. Have played it at least twice before, but didn’t remember it as this good.

This is a nice, affordable course. Players ard staff are very friendly.
