Great Value!
The course is finally starting to grow in and the course conditions are excellent. Give it a couple of weeks and it will be spot on. Challenging but fair golf course. However, no martial in sight for those slow play moments an you might see a cart girl once the entire round.

For winter conditions, the course was in good shape.

Although the greens were in average shape, the tee boxes where like hitting off of a sand trap. Course was very dry. If you don't mind playing in these conditions, this is the course for you. Better values available around the metroplex.
